Refund policy

At TODTWIIN, we want you to love every product you order. If you are not completely satisfied, our Returns & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth experience.

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Eligibility

  • Only items purchased directly from the TODTWIIN website are eligible.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
  • Any visible damage during delivery should be reported immediately. We recommend recording a short video while unpacking your product for quicker resolution of damaged or incorrect items.

3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Send an email to todtwiin@gmail.com with:
    • Subject: Return/Exchange Request-Order #[ORDERNO]
    • Photos and/or video of the product (especially if damaged or wrong item).

Our support team will review your request and send a return/exchange authorization within 24 hours.Pack the product securely in its original packaging and schedule a pickup as instructed.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, you will be offered either a refund or store credit.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • Returns due to faulty/damaged items or wrong items: TODTWIIN covers the shipping charges.
