1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message with your order details once payment is complete.
2. Shipping Timelines

Metro cities: 3–4 business days

Other cities: 4–6 business days

Remote areas: 7–10 business days
(Timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen delays such as courier disruptions.)
3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India for orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹79–₹99 applies.

Any promotional offers on shipping will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking number.

You can track your order directly via the courier partner’s website or through your TODTWIIN account (if registered).
5. Delivery Issues

If you are not available at the delivery address, our courier partner will make up to 2 attempts.

In case of a missed delivery, please contact us at todtwiin@gmail.com to reschedule.

TODTWIIN will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. International Shipping
