At TODTWIIN, we aim to deliver your favourite home furnishings quickly and safely.
Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message with your order details once payment is complete.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–4 business days
  • Other cities: 4–6 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days
    (Timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen delays such as courier disruptions.)

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India for orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹79–₹99 applies.
  • Any promotional offers on shipping will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking number.
  • You can track your order directly via the courier partner’s website or through your TODTWIIN account (if registered).

5. Delivery Issues

  • If you are not available at the delivery address, our courier partner will make up to 2 attempts.
  • In case of a missed delivery, please contact us at todtwiin@gmail.com to reschedule.
  • TODTWIIN will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
